Ottawa Lynx Baseball Club : Daily Game Reports

'Ottawa Lynx Game Reports provide Communication Conduit'

Baseball, by far, has one of the busiest game schedules in all of professional sports and that fact is not lost on the management team responsible for promoting/marketing the Baltimore Orioles Triple-A affiliate, The Ottawa Lynx Baseball Club.

For the upcoming 2003 season, the Ottawa Lynx wished to build on and leverage the relationship they had established with Season Ticket holders and Baseball fans in Ottawa, so they summoned Creative Genius Communications Inc. from the bullpen to bolster the front-office roster.

"The team's busy game schedule was the catalyst behind our recommendation to Lynx management to initiate the development of a
daily (HTML based) Game Report", recalls CGC's Senior Partner and Creative Services Manager, Spero Mavromatis.

Through the issuing of Lynx Game Reports on an almost daily basis, the team was provided with an opportunity to communicate with fans both personally and regularly. Lynx fans could follow the team on-the-road,
and, in-the-park while keeping informed as to Scores, Standings, Upcoming promotions, Player signings and any other Special events
slated for Lynx Stadium.

Best-of-all, no other Triple-A team was using a daily, HTML product to communicate with their fans - so the development of the Lynx Game Report was a real first for the International League, Lynx.
