After studying marketing at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Simon began his career at Sciemetric Instruments, applying his skills to the marketing of Test & Measurement equipment (T&M)

His experience in the field of marketing planning and strategy development includes several national and international product launches, two of which earned their parent firm "Best Canadian Product Award" honors at Canada's largest annual gathering of high-technology professionals.

After spending close to a decade in the T&M field he joined Pylon Electronics, which is Canada's leading manufacturer of Radon & Thoron detection equipment. Simon was instrumental in establishing and managing formal international distribution agreements with channel partners in over 43 countries. He was also responsible for successfully executing the simultaneous introduction of three products to international markets.

His multi-disciplinary experience combined with an unyielding entrepreneurial spirit serve him well in his role as one of the founding partners of Creative Genius Communications.
