am first Property Maintenance: Logo Design

am first Property Maintenance specializes in providing Property Maintenance services to residential home owners in the metropolitan
area of London (England).

The design team wished to reinforce that that am first provided services to
residential property owners. For this reason, a lower profile image of a
residence was used as the focal point of this logo.

The large swoosh utilized on the right hand side of the piece represents
a path.

The traditional dot over the 'i' in the word 'first' was replaced by a common
'ridge' shape often used in the construction of residential roofs (again
reinforcing and providing readers/viewers with a heightened sense of
home) while the halo was used to convey trust, integrity and honesty.
