Embassy West Hotel, Conference Centre: Coupon

While the Embassy West Hotel enjoys being recognized first as a
moderately priced Hotel destination in Ottawa, they also wanted to
promote their tremendous Meeting and Conference hosting capability
to members of various business communities.

To achieve this they called on Creative Genius Communications Inc.
to formulate and deliver a fully integrated solution.

We first developed a print material piece (a full color sales sheet)
that would in turn be supported with: Display Advertising, a web based
Direct Response tool, E-Mail and then Direct Mail fulfillment.

Through a combination of both print and on-line advertising tools
prospects were encouraged to visit a specially designed form page on
the Embassy West Hotels' web site to request a '20% off' Conference
Coupon via an on-line form. Coupons are then distributed to interested
prospects via a specially designed, direct mail package.

Prospect data is then recorded into the Embassy West Hotel's CRM
database for later follow up.
