In collaboration with Creative Genius Communications Inc. the Ottawa Lynx Baseball Club (Triple-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles) pioneered the use
of HTML based e-mail products to promote their club, strengthen their brand and communicate regularly with their fan base.

Based upon the effectiveness of these products, the Creative Genius
Communications team felt that other North American baseball franchises
(approx. 237 of them) may also be interested in following and adopting the
Ottawa Lynx lead.
