Connelly Properties:

When Connelly Properties wished to land a few new tenants for several pieces of Real Estate in Corpus Christi, TX, they selected Creative Genius Communications Inc. to design a direct response Postcard Campaign engineered to reel in the leads.

This project entailed the design and supply of a series of three (3) full-color postcards, complete with sales message, and, a unifying theme which was to be carried through the design of each piece.

As Corpus Christi is well known as a Sport Fishing destination, our team felt it would be beneficial if we were able to work this fact into the design of the message and/or visuals.

Each postcard utilized large, vivid images married to a perfect headline, each carefully developed to engage the reader and draw them in. The reverse side of each of the postcards built on the initial headline and provided details specific to each property.

These were then distributed to the clients in-house list.
